This is Raven from DC Comic's Teen Titans 2003 - 2006 animated show.
The
outer part of the cloak and boots are made of royal blue polypoplin and
the inside is my guess some kind of navy blue linen(it wasn't
labeled.) The leotard is black milliskin shiny and lined with black
swimwear lining. For outer rings of her belt and hand gems I shaped
paper-clay around the gems. Then I sanded them and spray painted them
gold. The gems themselves are made with epoxy resin and the actual belt part
is gold vinyl.
To get her grey complexion I bought light grey tights and gloves from
We Love Colors.
I glued nails to the gloves to make them look more like real hands in
person and in photos and painted them with a darker grey nail polish. I
got the idea from some weeping angel costumes. For my face I bought
Kryolan Aquacolor in 32B. The wig is from
Epic Cosplay, though I cut and styled it myself. For her purple eyes I purchased Freshlook Color Opaques in Violet.
